At Maslina Resort, the earth tells a tale of endurance. It speaks through the crimson hues of terracotta, embodying the fertile soil of Hvar Island and the bounty it bestows. From this inspiration, we named our restaurant Terra — a homage to the ground beneath our feet and the life it nurtures.

Mother Earth, the eternal giver, shapes the land with patient hands, pressing sun into soil, wind into waves, and roots into the depths below. She is Terra — her breath lingers in the scent of rosemary drifting through the air, her pulse beats in the golden nectar of the olive tree, and her spirit hums in the vineyards stretching towards the sky.

Terracotta, with its rich, sunbaked essence, is woven into the soul of Terra. The terracotta tiles underfoot mirror the Stari Grad Plain’s reddish soil, grounding each step in the spirit of the land. Black Italian terracotta graces the walls, a bold contrast that echoes the island’s depths. Together, these elements create a space rooted in our retreat, echoing our philosophy of Mindful Luxury.
